  • It will be the first fan experience of its kind in the UK.
  • The process must be analysed and implemented correctly to meet projected ROI.
  • A fan park is a natural extension of the football product and the THFC brand. It exists to provide;
  • Existing fans with an enhanced brand engagement experience
  • New fans and a way of converting fringe supporters into dedicated fans
  • A means of levering more revenue from an existing asset (the stadium)
  • Greater appeal to the family market & create ‘fans for life’
  • A resource for other areas of the business (coaching, education, community & corporate events)
  • A platform for increasing spend on ticket sales, merchandise, memorabilia, programmes & club experiences (stadium tours for example)
  • Vision XS are experience specialists. This enables them to work to your aims with a fan park that reflects what your target market(s) want from an experience.
  • It is worth remembering that the experience is not static. For example, home games will require different content to community events.
  • The investment amount will reflect the aims and objectives you want to achieve with the fan park.
  • VXS fees would be based on a consultancy day rate. As a rough guide, you should expect to add 10% to the cost of the park for their work.
